HOW TO MAKE A HEN PARTY STAND OUT

PLAY DRESS UP

Tacky fancy dress is out, cool dress codes are in. Tropical Disco, 70’s Bohemian, Botanical Brights, Ibiza White, 90’s Kid….the list is endless. Go as subtle or as full on as you dare. WHAT’S COOKING, GOOD LOOKING?

Cookery classes are a super fun, interactive (and mildly competitive) alternative to a standard restaurant booking. You can make it really unique to the bride, and create her favourite dish, or theme it a particular country (maybe the groom is French, or she’s getting married in Italy). Options include Tapas, Sushi & Sake, Afternoon Tea, Tacos and many more – so there really is something for everyone.

DO SOMETHING UNEXPECTED

Take something “normal” and give it a twist! Rather than going to a bar for a few cocktails, how about a trip to the Moonshine Saloon –a  Wild West themed immersive cocktail bar! You bring your own “moonshine” and enjoy the immersive surroundings, whilst mixologist create four bespoke DELICIOUS (trust us, we’ve tried them) cocktails. So much more interesting than a normal bar, and it’ll be a massive talking point of the day!

WHAT’S HER JAM?

Don’t forget the all important playlist for the party! It could be songs from the year the couple met (did someone say 2007 indie disco?!), or just all her fave songs. You’ll have fun making it – and she’ll be chuffed you took time to create something thoughtful. Win win.

MAKE IT PERSONAL

The sky’s the limit when it comes to bringing a personal touch to proceedings. Whether it’s creating a bespoke cocktail menu of her favorites (with lolz cocktail names), putting a personal spin on the all-important hen party games, or printing itineraries for the day (see amazing example below from one of our hens), you’ll have your bride-to-be feeling all kinds of special.
