11am – 1pm CHOCOLATE MAKING MASTERCLASS

Chocolate loving hens can indulge on a chocolate-making adventure with a twist of creativity and flair.

Led by charismatic chocolatiers, you’ll learn to craft fresh cream truffles using velvety dark chocolate ganache.

Dip your creations into warm molten chocolate and decorate them with toppings like honeycomb and Maldon sea salt, all while enjoying a lively, hands-on experience.

You’ll also make custom chocolate bark, experimenting with marbling and intricate decoration techniques. You’ll leave on a chocolate high, with a box of delicious goodies to savour or share!

2.00pm – 4.00pm THREE COURSE TAPAS MEAL

After the workshop it’s time to head to nearby Camino Shoreditch (approx 7 min taxi or 14 min walk).

Inspired by the Castile y León region of Northern Spain, the venue is vibrant yet relaxed, with a beautiful heated terrace for outdoor drinking and dining all year round.

Using top quality, seasonal ingredients to create bold, fresh and exciting tapas, Camino’s authentic cooking techniques coupled with Basque Country grills mean they’re often told the food tastes are just as good, if not better, than in Spain itself!

Your group will enjoy a delicious menu of sharing tapas starters, individual mains with sharing sides and individual desserts! The menu includes options like Ibérico ham, Tortilla De Patatas (v), Pan-Roasted Seabass, Patatas Bravas (v) and Baked Basque Cheesecake.

4:30pm – 6:30pm FIZZ ON A LUXURY ROOFTOP
