Terms And Conditions

Venue includes but is not limited to holiday rentals, hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs and any other venue that may be part of a Hen Party provided by This Is CLUCK Ltd.

This Is CLUCK Ltd offers a service which allows venues and service providers to promote and offer services to groups of people, as part of a Hen Party.

Venues and service providers are required to accurately present their offerings and although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, This Is CLUCK Ltd does not endorse the veracity of any listing. Any images used are intended to be representative but not relied upon and may differ from the actual venue and/or service.

Any booking and agreement is directly between the venue and service providers and the Hen Party Guest(s), and This Is CLUCK Ltd have no control over or liability for the behaviour and/or conduct of the service provider, venue and/or the Hen Party Guest(s). Any issues or queries with the venue and/or service provider strictly on the day of the Hen Party are to be raised directly with the venue and/or service provider for the most efficient method of resolution.

As a Hen Party Guest(s), you enter into a transaction with and, you accept and understand any terms, conditions, rules and restrictions associated with the relevant venue and/or service provider and acknowledge that This Is CLUCK Ltd are not responsible for performing the obligations pursuant to that transaction/agreement.

If on the day(s) of the Hen Party any of the obligations cannot fulfilled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of any of the parties involved, including but not limited to war, industrial action, floods, fire, pandemics or access, then the venue, service provider and This Is CLUCK Ltd shall not be liable for such failure to fulfil the obligations.

This Is CLUCK Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or vary the site and/or services and/or these terms, including any fees, at any time and without prior notice. If it decides to, This Is CLUCK Ltd will provide notice of such on the website or by other means.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If, as an individual or group booking any Hen Party provided by This Is CLUCK Ltd, you wish to cancel a booking at any time for a venue and/or service provider prior to the Hen Party date, you must inform This Is CLUCK Ltd of the cancellation in writing. Any deposit or payment instalment made up to this point will be non-refundable. All future payments will be void and you will not be required to make any further payment towards the cost of the party.

However as an individual, based on what you have booked you may still be required to cover any outstanding balance attached to your name if cost implications affect the group as a whole. If any outstanding amount is not received from the individual by the balance due date, the lead booker and/or group will be liable for any outstanding balances and must be paid for in advance of the Hen Party date.

In all other circumstances, refunds will be at the discretion of This Is CLUCK Ltd and made in consideration of losses incurred and anticipated.

If the venue and/or service provider cancels the booking for any reason, not in relation to Government enforced closures due to COVID-19 and no suitable alternative booking date or option is provided all attendees will receive a full refund.
