WILD GLAMPING HEN PARTY

Experience the great outdoors in style with your own glamping site, sleeping up to 12-14 guests. There are two sites available, each with three tipi’s each sleeping 4 (at one of the sites there is a hut for an additional two guests), overlooking fields in the rural outskirts of York.

Each boho-styled tipi has a wood burning stove, single foam mattresses as fixed beds or fold out foam sofa beds, carpet, full length mirrors and candles.

Bring your bride tribe for a hen weekend you won’t forget, having the site to yourselves you can sit around the covered fire circle, cook woodfired pizza, and drink cocktails from the pop up pallet bar without worrying about other guests. Log, kindling and fire lighters are included, as are crockery and cutlery, pans, eco shower gel, towels, crisp white cotton bedding for 12 (any extras need sleeping bags) and electric sockets for phone charging and hair driers. All you need to bring along is all your food and drinks for the weekend!

At both sites there are two ring gas hobs in the outdoor kitchenette, a drop down grill over the fire for BBQ-ing, and a stock pot for hanging over the fire and two wood fired pizza ovens. There is also a tall slimline fridge/freezer.

York is just a 15 minute drive in a mini bus if you choose to follow your wild glamping with a wild night out.

FRIDAY

3pm – 4pm CHECK IN

Check in is from 3pm, we suggest arranging a supermarket delivery to arrive around this time so you have plenty of supplies for the weekend!

4pm – 5.30pm FLOWER CROWN WORKSHOP

Once you have settled yourselves into your tipi’s its’s time to get together and make your own boho style flower crowns. Weave or twist a braid of vine wire and wrap with pretty flowers to create a boho-chic hair garland fit for your festival style glamping weekend.

6pm – PIZZA AND COCKTAILS

There’s a covered fire circle and pizza ovens onsite, so make sure you bring along ingredients to make pizza’s for a night round the fire. There’s also a pop up pallet bar so you can bring along all the ingredients to make yourselves some cocktails to enjoy too!

SATURDAY

12-1.30pm – INSTINCTIVE ARCHERY

Start the day with a couple of practice rounds shooting beautiful wooden bows in the traditional manner without sights or gadgets, then if your group wishes you can form two teams for Hunger Games style action in a competition to win the most points!

3-4pm – BATH BOMB MAKING

After lunch its time for something a little more chilled, you will each make two 100% natural bath bombs of different scents. Pick and mix from a gorgeous selection of flowers, herbs and essential oils.

6pm ONWARDS

Time to get glammed up and head the short journey into York and take advantage of all of the amazing restaurants, bars and nightclubs the city has to offer.

SUNDAY

Check out is 10am (can potentially be flexible) so you’ll have time to cook up a final farewell breakfast before heading home!
