THE ITINERARY

One of our all time favourite hen party activities, designing and carving your own bespoke ring in a cool private venue space followed by a Japanese dinner in a Tokyo inspired tavern with East London energy….

RING WORKSHOP 3.30pm – 5.30pm

For a hen party with a difference, this seriously fun workshop where you design and carve your own sliver ring is a truly unforgettable experience.

Taking place in a private room in a friendly pub, featuring interesting art and eccentric décor. Set back from the canal, it’s the perfect spot for a creative afternoon creating a completely bespoke piece of jewellery. The spacious private room upstairs, features high ceilings and tonnes of natural light, yours exclusively for two hours.

Included in the package is half a bottle of prosecco for each guest, so grab a glass of fizz and join an expert jeweller for an afternoon designing and carving your dream ring. In this 2 hour masterclass, you will learn the process behind the ancient art of lost wax carving and work with jewellers wax to bring your ideas to life. After you have carved your wax, the experts will take it away for casting in silver and polishing to your specification. Your finished ring will then be delivered back to you 4-6 weeks later, the perfect hen party keepsake. An affordable way to create a one-off piece you have designed yourself! Then it’s time to head to nearby Shoreditch (20 min journey on the train or 10 mins in a taxi) for dinner.

JAPANESE DINNER 6pm – 8pm

Next up it’s time to head to nearby Shoreditch for dinner at Apothecary East, a Tokyo inspired tavern with East London energy. As the sun sets Apothecary comes into it’s own…with party sharing menu’s and expertly curated and live DJ sessions by Spiritland.

Serving handcrafted cocktails, rare spirits, beers and wine, their Japanese sharing menu features miso soup, chirashi sushi rolls, kakuni bbq pork belly, karaage fried chicken, yakisoba noodles and nori fries, finishing with ice cream or sorbet.

Expect bespoke playlists for every service, and to be blown away by the roster of DJs every weekend to liven up your night whether its Disco, Funk, Soul, 80’s vibes, Old School, or Electronic music.

Your hen party will be seated in the main restaurant where you can experience the buzz and ambience of Apothecary. Private dining is also available for larger groups in the basement dining room with exposed brick walls, speaker system and vintage turntable.
