Settle in for your tasting with a delicious gin cocktail before meeting your instructor. They’re there to guide you through a chronological tasting experience of the sometimes sinister and always intoxicating history of gin, with explanations of the various styles – and, of course, examples. What better way is there to get to know the different flavours if not by taste testing them yourself’

Once you’re well versed with all of the varieties from different stages of the spirit’s evolution, it’s time – time to blend your own! You’ll be given a bottle of netural grain spirit which you can go wild with, using a selection of botanically flavoured distillates to create your own perfect gin to take home and savour for ever more.
