THE ITINERARY
2pm – 4pm ASIAN INSPIRED BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH
Start the day with amazing food at a trendy brunch spot in East London!
This exciting modern restaurant with Asian influences has an innovative but accessible menu and is famous for it’s brunches featuring an epic selection of homemade waffles alongside brunch classics with a twist!
Standout options include “Bake’n Eggs” (bacon, cheddar cheese on bbq beans, baked eggs, sourdough), “Big Breakfast” (Cumberland sausage, spring onion hash, fried eggs, tomato & avocado salsa, mushrooms, sourdough, jalapeño dressing, herb salad) and “Fried Chicken Waffles” (sesame, homemade waffle, atchara, herb salad, fried eggs).
Enjoy 100 mins of free flowing Aperol Spritz, Calypso Spritz, Prosecco, Espresso Martini and Watermelon Sugar High (Aperol, vodka, watermelon puree, elderflower, prosecco).

4.30pm – 6.30pm COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS
This premium cocktail experience isn’t like other cocktail workshops – every guest uses fine liquor, fresh ingredients and specialist equipment to make their own cocktails in their own area behind one of the custom-built cocktail bars.
Whilst enjoying a welcome cocktail you’ll be given an introduction to the background of cocktail mixology and the key techniques involved in cocktail making. You’ll then have the perfect opportunity to put your skills to the test, with each member of your party using their own fully stocked bar to make 4 unique cocktails with a difference. Non-drinkers will also be catered to, with a top quality selection of 0% options.
Once you’re confident in your new knowledge you’ll have the chance to go off-script and create your own cocktails to compete against your fellow hens and be crowned the cocktail making champions!
7pm onwards COCKTAILS AT NIKKI’S
Your evening will end at nearby Nikki’s bar (a short walk away), with entry into the bar and a delicious cocktail included in your package price. Or upgrade to a drinks package including reserved area, glass of prosecco, 2 x cocktails and a shooter!
Nikki’s takes inspiration from ultimate pop cult icons like Quentin Tarantino and serves delicious cocktails, whilst playing a mix of old school and current hits. Get ready to drink, dance and party the night away!
