The Coal Shed is a cosy eatery in the heart of Brighton. The menu is simple: the highest quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible, and expertly cooked over coal.

The Coal Shed private dining room, The Chef’s Library, is perfect for sophisticated hen parties. Located in an intimate upstairs room and decorated with some of the chef’s favourite cookbooks, the room is completely private and includes a dedicated server for the duration of your event. You are welcome to decorate the space, and can play your own music.

The dining room can accommodate up to 14 guests and on offer is a delicious group dining menu. Guests can choose from a three course set menu, that change with the seasons and can be adapted to suit all dietary requirements.
