You’ll try your hand at a variety of cuts from a number of meats, taking home your day’s work to enjoy (or freeze for later enjoyment).
As part of your Butchery hen party class, you’ll try your hand and Blade and Flat iron from beef shoulder, Ox tail, boning and stuffing a leg of lamb, as well as French trimming a lack of lamb.
