THE ITINERARY
2.30pm – 4pm BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH
First stop of the day is a bottomless brunch at an ideal hen party destination for groups that want a premium dining and cocktail experience in Brighton.
The beekeeper owned cocktail bar & restaurant use their own honey and related products to offer a unique dining experience for weekend brunches, memorable dinners & cocktail evenings.
Brunch includes options like French Toast (Honey, Fresh Figs, Berry Compote, Pistachio), Breakfast Kebab (Smoked Sausage or Pan-Fried Mushrooms, Fried Egg, House Pickles, Whipped Feta, Coriander, Harissa) and Smoked Salmon Crepe (Oak Smoked Salmon, Spinach Crepe, Lemon Labneh, Fried Egg).
Then it’s an 18 min walk (or short cab) to the next venue, picking up your “liquor” supplies on the way…
4.40pm-6.25pm IMMERSIVE PRISON COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE
Hidden below the unsuspecting seafront lies Cell Block One-Three – the secret basement home of our speakeasy prison. Despite being able to hear the sweet sound of crashing waves from your cell, your escape won’t be any easier. Your task is simple: smuggle liquor into the Penitentiary and spend your sentence being served delicious bespoke cocktails. Become part of the empire behind bars!
Your hen party group will be absorbed into a storyline, where the serving inmates are your bartenders, the guards are crooked and you become a part of the story. You’ll smuggle your own “liquor” into the prison for the “serving” mixologists to create cocktails or mocktails from (alcoholic or non-alcoholic spirit for cocktails, beer or 0%, wine and fizz). You won’t find a set menu of drinks here… will deliver a range of tailored cocktails every night based on the liquor you bring and your tastes.
How will you use your time on the inside? Smuggle your liquor your way, or get help from the guards on the take? Get involved with Clyde Cassidy’s bootlegging operation or keep your head down? From the real metal cells and the cocktail making inmates, to the crooked guards and the fierce Warden…it’s time to fulfil your sentence.
7pm – 9pm KARAOKE
By now you’ll be well in the party mood so it’s time for karaoke, just a 3 minute walk away! Let go and create moments of pure joy in your own karaoke room for 2 hours. Situated just shy of the lanes and practically on Brighton’s iconic beachfront, the venue includes a large self-contained cocktail bar in its basement and 7 private karaoke rooms with touch screen technology and access to an impressive 11,000 songs (which include 11 languages).
Fancy a drink? Enjoy room service from the extensive cocktail menu using the iconic “THIRSTY” button. They’ve also got a selection of pizza and bar snacks for a late night refuel.
Afterwards head out into the vibrant night life of Brighton…
