The private dining menu is a three course feast. Sample menu:
Burrata – heritage beetroot, apple, sorrel, smoked balsamic
Seared tuna tataki – avocado, pineapple, coriander wasabi, sesame
Cured meats – house pickles, toasted sourdough
Sage gnocchi – butternut squash, chanterelles, cavolo nero, chestnuts
Citrus baked salmon – crushed new potatoes, salsa verde
Beef rump – shiitake mushrooms, grilled tender stem broccoli
Vanilla cream cheese mousse – amoretti biscuits, berries, basil
Dark chocolate brownie – peanut, malt and salted caramel sauce
