Put the world on hold and hang out with your besties for a truly memorable experience. The latest trend in fusion yoga, aerial yoga trains flexibility, strength and mobility – the health benefits are second to none, but best of all you get to do this suspended in mid-air!

Trained instructors will guide you step by step along the way, with no prior experience needed!

Each of you will have your own hammock and you are guaranteed to leave the studio feeling relaxed, glowing and invigorated after your experience.

The session will be run by a professional and friendly, fully-certified aerial yoga instructor in a private dance studio, exclusive to your group. It will start with a
fun warm-up followed by the aerial yoga class in which your instructor will teach you a range of aerial yoga exercises and sequences. A variety of packages are available to cater to all budgets and group sizes. You are unique, that’s why we do not cater towards a one-size fits all!

There are changing areas available for after your session, feel free to take as long as you like to prepare for your special day or night out!

Photograph opportunities will also be available throughout and at the end of your session (the teachers are always happy to assist so please don’t be shy).
