Cocktail Masterclass

Join Laki Kane’s cocktail making group masterclass, hosted by their very own award-winning bartenders who will teach you the trade with key cocktail making techniques. In this 1 – 1.5 hour masterclass, you will create two of your very own cocktails from founder Georgi Radev’s ‘Let’s Get Tropical’ cocktail recipe book and then take home a copy to continue the cocktail celebrations at home.

Express Rum Making Experience or Rum Making Experience

The Spiced Dry Rum Club provides a truly unique series of Rum Making Experiences in the heart of Islington. By utilising techniques that have not previously been made available to the public, their 20 copper alembic pot stills allow you to design and make your own rum masterpiece.

Led by a rotating team of London’s foremost rum experts, you will embark on a rum tasting discovery, experiment with flavours and make your own rum to take home, completely bespoke to your own taste.

In the Express Rum Making Experience you’ll learn the history of rum with tastings of five different rums, as well as flavouring and redistilling a 10cl bottle of rum using spices and dried fruits of your choice for you to take home. You’ll also have the option to re-order your very personalised bottle of rum and have it posted to you after the experience.

If you opt for the full Rum Making Experience, in addition to the above you’ll get the chance to taste two additional exciting rums, and receive five complimentary paired cocktails.
