How do I book?
Get in touch with one of the lovely CLUCK team who’ll be at your every whim! You can do so by contacting us HERE
When you are ready to confirm your booking we will send you a link to your personal party website where your guests can sign up and make their £15 deposit. Your booking will only be fully confirmed when we have received the deposit from each member of the group.
How do the payment plans work?
To make the cost more manageable, we offer staggered payment plans. Depending on the date of the hen party, the cost will be split into 2, 3 or 4 instalments in the lead up to the party with only a £15 deposit to secure your date.
We will make it super clear to you prior to booking what amounts are due, and when.
What if one person cancels?
If someone in the group needs to cancel their place, the deposit they’ve paid is non‑refundable, and any instalments already made are also non‑refundable. However, they won’t be required to pay any future balances.
In some cases, a cancellation may affect the overall cost of the booking. This applies to experiences with a fixed cost element (such as boat hire or hotel rooms), private dining with a minimum spend, or packages that require a minimum group size. If this happens, the guest who is cancelling may still need to contribute towards the remaining balance so the group isn’t left covering the shortfall.
If a cancellation does impact the group cost, we’ll always explain this clearly at the time and talk you through the options so everything feels fair and transparent.
What if we need to cancel the whole event?
If you need to cancel the party, the initial deposit is non-refundable, as is each instalment payment paid in the lead up to the hen party. However you won’t need to pay any future instalments due. We will make it super clear to you at the time of booking what amounts are due, and when.
On occasion the above cancellation terms may not apply for a specific booking. If this is the case, CLUCK will this agree this with the lead prior to acceptance of booking.
What happens if a venue cancels or makes a change to my hen party?
While venue changes are rare, all venues do retain the right to amend their schedule. If you had booked directly with a brunch or activity venue, you would typically be entitled to a refund for the affected element — but they wouldn’t support you in adjusting the rest of your day, and you would be left to reorganise everything yourself.
One of the key benefits of booking with CLUCK is that we step in on your behalf. If a venue makes a change that is outside of our control, our team will immediately work to secure the most suitable alternative to protect your overall experience as much as possible. Our priority is always to minimise any disruption to your plans.
We’ll send you updated options to consider that keep to your theme, timings and budget as much as possible. If the new plan doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund the cost of the affected element.
There’s a man in our group — can he join in?
Of course! Our parties are all about good vibes and celebrating your favourite people. At CLUCK, everyone is welcome.

Can I speak to someone on the phone?
Yes, if you prefer to chat then once you have been allocated a hen party planner you can arrange a call at a suitable time via email.
Can you cater for events other than hen parties?
Well of course! Our packages work very well for birthday parties too! See our sister company HOST for cool corporate events too!
How do I make a change or ask a question about a current booking?
If you have any questions or requests after booking, these will be handled directly through your personal party website. This helps us respond faster and more efficiently, ensuring every detail of your party is handled with care.
You can log in HERE using the email account you signed up with. If it’s your first time logging in, you’ll be asked to create a password.
When will I receive our itinerary?
Your personal party page is a live itinerary and is available from start to finish. Additional information such as addresses and booking references and tickets will be added and updated throughout and will be re-sent to you two weeks before the event so you have it to hand for the big day!
