We also simplify the booking process for you and will be your one point of contact – offering a streamlined line of enquiry, ensuring payments and all other information is received on time and without the need for chasing. Payment/Booking Terms As per the CLUCK Supplier terms and conditions our booking/payment terms are 25% to confirm the booking with the remaining balance due to you 4 weeks before the event date. Please confirm that you agree. AGREEDISAGREE
Cancellation Terms As per the CLUCK Supplier terms and conditions our cancellation terms are as follows:
a) If the Customer cancels, confirmation payment of 25% made to the Supplier is non-refundable.
b) If the Customer cancels less than 4 weeks before the date of the event the full booking fee is non-refundable.
c) If the Supplier cancels the event at any time then 100% of the booking fee must be returned to CLUCK within 5 working days of notice to cancel via BACS or other bank transfer.
