In return for our services, do you agree to a 20% discount on the RRP for Cluck?
In return we are committed to promoting your offerings specifically to the higher end hen party market via our website, SEO, paid social media marketing, live events and media/press coverage. We also simplify the booking process for you and will be your one point of contact – offering a streamlined line of enquiry, ensuring payments and all other information is received on time and without the need for chasing.
As per the CLUCK Supplier terms and conditions our booking/payment terms are 25% to confirm the booking with the remaining balance due to you 4 weeks before the event date.

As per the CLUCK Supplier terms and conditions our cancellation terms are as follows:
a) If the Customer cancels, confirmation payment of 25% made to the Supplier is non-refundable.
b) If the Customer cancels less than 4 weeks before the date of the event the full booking fee is non-refundable.
c) If the Supplier cancels the event at any time then 100% of the booking fee must be returned to CLUCK within 5 working days of notice to cancel via BACS or other bank transfer.
