THE ITINERARY

Your hens will be tasked with creating instant frozen cocktails, ice creams and sorbets using liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze your delicious alcoholic treats. Whether your bride is a total gastronaut looking for new and exciting culinary skills to add to her repertoire or a seasoned booze hound looking for a new tipple to taste, she’s sure to love this amazing cocktail experience.
You’ll don lab coats and goggles, following food scientists who will entertain and wow your hen party group with liquid nitrogen & molecular canapés and smoking cocktails fresh from the science lab. Add a touch of science to your typical hen party bar as you learn to mix a variety of drinks before using liquid nitrogen to flash freeze them all the way down to -196C.
Your hen party is sure to be amazed by the effects of freezing drinks so quickly, with new textures and flavours far from what can be achieved with simple frozen drinks.
